Price: You also only get one chance to price your home right, so you want to price it in such a way that the buyer sees a certain value in your home and would be willing to fight for it in a multiple offer situation.
Promotion: This is really where our expertise plays a big role. We market your home to as many people as possible, and with a wider audience comes a higher chance of selling for top dollar in a timely fashion. We market your home strategically to the right audience in order to get your home sold. We use social media, print marketing, and websites like Trulia and Zillow.
The three P's alone are nothing too special, but when they're put together, they can make the difference between selling or not selling.
